Before CactisCactis existed, finding a commercial property owner meant an afternoon in county records. Most searches ended at an LLC with a registered agent address and a fax number.

“No email. No name. No way in.”

The tools everyone used — Mailchimp, Apollo, HubSpot — were built for SaaS sales teams. They had no concept of HCAD, CAM reconciliation, or what it actually takes to pitch a retail property owner who's been self-managing since 1987. Every cold email had to be written from scratch and still sounded generic.

So we built the tool we needed. One that starts from public appraisal data, traces LLCs to real people, and sends outreach that references the specific property — not a mail-merge template that looks like every other email they've ignored.
