Every lead now gets a 0–100 Spine Score™ based on property type, owner history, contact availability, and market signals. Leads scoring 60+ earn the ⬡ Spine Verified™ badge and are pre-qualified for outreach.
Leads who reply to your outreach sequences appear in the Inbox with full context — which step triggered the reply, how long ago it was sent, and an urgent banner if the reply has been waiting over 48 hours.
The Outreach page now includes a Template Library with 5 pre-built 6-step campaign styles: Investment ROI, Commercial, Absentee Owner, Portfolio Builder, and Quick Connect. Apply any template in one click.
Import leads from any CSV file. Bulk select and enroll multiple leads in a sequence at once from the Leads page. Supports name, address, city, type, phone, and email columns.
Press Cmd+K (or Ctrl+K on Windows) anywhere in the dashboard to open the command palette. Search leads by name or address, or jump directly to any page without touching the sidebar.
When a lead completes all 6 outreach steps without replying, they are automatically moved to "Sequence Complete" status and a notification is created prompting you to try a personal outreach approach.
