1. What CactisCactis does
CactisCactis is an outreach automation platform for commercial property managers. It helps you find commercial property owners in your market by tracing LLC entities to real decision-makers, then runs multi-step email sequences on your behalf to generate management agreement opportunities. By using CactisCactis, you agree to these terms.
2. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for complying with CAN-SPAM, CCPA, and any applicable outreach laws in your state or jurisdiction.
- Do not use the platform to spam, harass, or contact people who have explicitly opted out of commercial communications.
- You own your data — we process it on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to contact the leads in your pipeline.
- Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically export data from CactisCactis in bulk for purposes outside the platform.
3. What we provide
- Best-effort uptime. We don't guarantee a specific SLA at this stage, but we monitor the platform continuously and fix issues as fast as possible.
- Email support at youssef@cactiscactis.com. We aim to respond within 1 business day.
- The features described on the pricing page at the time of your purchase. We may add features; we won't remove features your plan currently includes without notice.
4. Billing
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe.
- You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
- Monthly plans: no prorated refunds upon cancellation.
- Annual plans: contact us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. After 7 days, no refunds on annual plans.
- We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing annual subscribers are locked at their rate for the duration of their term.
5. Limitation of liability
CactisCactis is a tool, not a guarantee. We are not liable for your campaign results, leads that don't convert, management agreements you expected but didn't close, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you in any calendar month will not exceed the fees you paid us in that month.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas.
7. Changes to these terms
We'll email you at least 14 days before making any material changes to these terms. Continued use of CactisCactis after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree with the changes, you can cancel your subscription before they take effect.
